1 OZ. Double Oaked
1 OZ. Rye Whiskey
1/4 OZ. Simple Syrup
2 DASHES Peychaud’s® Bitters
Add the Double Oaked, Rye Whiskey, simple syrup and bitters to mixing glass with ice and stir.
Strain into absinthe-rinsed tumbler, express lemon peel and discard.
