INGREDIENTS
2 OZ. Straight Bourbon Whiskey
4 OZ. Soda Water

INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Add bourbon to Collins glass.

STEP 2
Fill with soda water.

STEP 3
Top with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
